Cheese egg scramble: Break two eggs and add some salt and pepper to it and mix it well. Chop spring onion, tomato, capsicum, and chilies. Put a pan on stove and heat it well, now sprinkle some olive oil and leave the chopped veggies in the oil. Sauté it for two minutes then add the egg mix, sauté it further for 2 3 minutes unless it gets golden. Now add few cubes of cheese, chicken or mushroom and mix them all well. Now sprinkle some pepper, oregano and chili flakes and serve it hot with garlic bread or plain brown bread.

Cheese Garlic Bread: For garlic bread take two slices of brown without butter or margarine. Take 4 to 5 cloves of garlic, crush or grind them nicely. Put a pan on stove, heat it and sprinkle some olive oil, add a spoon of white butter or cheese and add the grinded garlic. Cook it for 2 minutes then let it cool down for another minute, then spread the melted garlic and cheese on the brown bread.
